Little Bags of Life is a nonprofit Brian co-founded to champion awareness of blood disorders.
It was founded following the death of his wife, Janet, from aplastic anaemia, a rare condition in which the body stops producing enough new blood cells. The work is aimed at a simple gap: too many families meet these conditions without information, support or early detection.
In April 2026, Brian carried the message onto the road, riding more than 300 kilometres from Nairobi to Eldoret to raise awareness of aplastic anaemia and other blood disorders.
