Agribusiness
Building across the agricultural value chain, from animal feeds to poultry at commercial scale and coffee, with commercially sustainable farming enterprises.

Brian's agribusiness work spans the agricultural value chain, centred on three areas: animal feeds, poultry at commercial scale and coffee farming. The commercial opportunity and the development opportunity are the same thing: better inputs, better aggregation, better processing and more reliable routes to market.
Poultry is the next build: an egg production operation in development, planned at scale and anchored by animal feeds, where the quality of what goes in determines the value of what comes out.
Coffee sits alongside: a crop where careful husbandry, processing and market access determine value, and where the work is built season by season rather than announced in advance.
Agribusiness sits within Brian Karoney's wider work of building productive enterprises across the African economy. Read more about Brian.
